Delivery Speed
Standard Delivery: Within 2-3 business days, laptops are delivered to most major Indian cities.
Express Delivery: Available for select locations at an additional charge, with delivery within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Standard Delivery: We do offer free shipping for orders over. The customer must pay a shipping cost if the value is below.
Express Delivery: Additional fee based on location and order value. Contact us for a specific quote.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
You can track the progress of your package in real-time on the courier’s website or app.
Delivery Conditions:
Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
We recommend that customers or representatives receive the package at the delivery address. We will also ask for Government ID proof at the time of delivery.
We offer contactless delivery upon request.
Building without Lift:
Staircase Delivery Fee: If no lift access is available, an extra labour charge applies for carrying products via stairs, based on order size and floor level.
Relocation
Free in-city Relocation: We offer free relocation within your city for our rented items.
Relocation to another City: If we’re active in your new city, you can rent similar products there.
One-time Service: Relocation assistance is available only once during your rental contract.
Professional Move Recommended: We strongly advise against self-relocation to avoid potential damage and associated costs.
Returns:
Laptops must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 24 hours of the end of the rental period.
Any damage or missing components will incur additional charges.

Insurance:
All shipped laptops are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
